Why I Run

I Run.

I run on roads, on paths, and on hills. I run through grass, mud and crowds. I run for Lynbrook.

Try and stop me.

  1. I don’t know if you know who I am, but I really admire this entire site and the ideas that come out of it. It’s nice to know that someone as good at something as you are can still take the time to look back on it as not just results and numbers and awards, but as something that is vital to your development as a human being. A lot of people focus on the races as an “I have to” thing, but you remind me that to the great ones, it’s an “I get to” thing. It’s easy to be jealous of you, especially coming from Monta Vista. But the results you’ve gotten so far this season have shown that you put in the time and effort. You truly deserve everything that you achieve this season and beyond.

P.S. I know that some of MV’s guys have been messing with this site, but they were just playing. As much as MVXC loves to hate you, we still respect that you are the quintessential sportsman: both skilled and humble. See you at DAL champs!
